Terms of Service
Last Updated: November 1, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using OmniCalcs (the “Service,” accessible at omnicalcs.pages.dev and affiliated subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Permitted Use & Free Access
OmniCalcs provides interactive mathematical calculators, amortization estimators, dimensional converters, and educational references free of charge. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to:
- Access and use the calculators for personal, commercial, educational, or professional estimation purposes.
- Export generated calculation schedules (such as CSV amortization tables) for your internal or personal use.
- Embed approved OmniCalcs calculators on third-party websites using our standard, unedited iframe embed code snippet, provided that the reciprocal attribution link to OmniCalcs remains intact, functional, and visible.
3. Computational Accuracy & Estimation Nature
All calculations, algorithms, estimators, and conversion tables provided on OmniCalcs are for informational, educational, and general estimation purposes only.
While our team exercises diligence to align formulas with regulatory and mathematical standards:
- Calculations do not constitute formal lending offers, underwriting approvals, construction blueprints, tax filings, or clinical medical diagnoses.
- Actual mortgage payments, tax liabilities, construction yields, and metabolic expenditure can vary substantially based on local jurisdictional laws, lender underwriting overlays, contractor site conditions, material slump variations, and individual physiological factors.
- Users must consult licensed mortgage brokers, Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), structural engineers, or physicians prior to executing legally binding contracts or medical regimens.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, automated scrapers, or bot nets against our infrastructure or edge delivery network.
- Framing or embedding the Service inside third-party applications in a manner that strips or obscures branding, legal disclaimers, or display advertising.
- Reverse-engineering or altering our client-side JavaScript calculation engines for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.
- Misrepresenting OmniCalcs calculations as formal financial underwriting guarantees or contractual promises.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, layout designs, CSS stylesheets, graphic brand assets, and proprietary editorial explanations are the intellectual property of OmniCalcs, protected by copyright and intellectual property treaties. Mathematical formulas themselves are recognized in the public domain; however, their programmatic expression, UI workflows, and surrounding analytical guides remain protected.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmniCalcs, its founders, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to financial losses, loss of profits, construction delays, material over-purchasing, tax penalties, or health complications—arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts situated in Los Angeles County, California.
8. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Revisions take effect immediately upon publication. Continued usage of the Service following revisions constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
